All merchandise purchased will be used strictly in accordance with county, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances.  Products are sold and shipped entirely upon buyer representation that it will be used strictly in accordance with the laws and regulations pertinent to the buyer at the point of final destination. Laws and regulations may differ in different cities, counties, and states.  It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to be aware of the laws in his/her area.

Colin Bradley, as the owner of Pyro Universe, cannot be held liable in any way for any loss or damage sustained due to the transportation, handling, storage, possession, or use of any product purchased once it has been delivered to you.  You agree to hold Colin Bradley and Pyro Universe harmless from any and all claims, demands, judgments, and expenses arising from the transportation, handling, storage, possession, of products.

Items purchased on Pyro Universe are not returnable or refundable, unless you received an incorrect or defective product.  

You have read and will abide by all of the precautions outlined in the Mortar Safety page

Mortars and firing systems will be inspected prior to use.  You will not use any defective items, and will inform me of any problems so refund/replacement arrangements can be made.

The 1.89" fiberglass tubes will only be used to fire UN0336 1.4G consumer firework shells that have been inserted in the correct manner (lift charge down).  Though these tubes will safely withstand several burst charge explosions of such shells (if accidentally inserted upside-down), they will not hold up to the burst charge explosion of any UN0335 1.3G display shell inserted upside-down, such as salutes.
