Looks and sounds like a short in the clip or sparkie, because the relay makes a chattering sound. Try using a test lamp on each cue, if that works, try a different clip and sparkie? Take a 9 volt battery and touch the leads from the clip to the battery. If this works, then theres something wrong with the firing system.

fireman.that receiver should NOT make that kind of buzzing sound. It sounds like it's a faulty receiver to me. There should be one "click" when pressing fire, that's it.

The rest of them work fine with the sparkies, it's just this one receiver.
