They are nicer than basic artillery, but not as good as good non-whistling artillery including (non whistling) AP's Primo Color which is cheaper.

If you want the whistling effect though it's not a bad choice, and Forward has decent color.

I shot a box last year and put it on PyroReview, under "Forward - Whistling Artillery" if you want to see the shells details and effects seperated.
