Remember orders are on a first come/first serve basis.

So how are we doing on the finale wish list? Are we still lacking in the food and supplies department?

The finale donations came in quick at the beginning, but unfortunately haven't gotten many lately. I was hoping for more, but tbh, it's totally understandable with the economy the way it is.

Are we still lacking in the food and supplies department?
Dracoe2 is heading this part up and I think we're pretty good on the main dish type of items, but still looking for sides and breads I believe. I'm sure he'll chime in on this part a little later this evening.

I'm heading in Friday also, so a bar would be nice....
I'm staying at La Quinta and am sure they have a bar since most hotels do. I'm still bringing down a case of Nattys (Natural Lights) to celebrate Natterday night (Saturday....lol) after the shoot.

Just called, turns out the Hotel DOES NOT have a bar, but there are several Bar/ Restaurants in the area. If some wants to plan something, I'll definite be there. Not sure about how late they serve in MD, but we can always adjourn back to PyroNut's room both nights, I'm sure his wife won't mind!!!!

EDIT: We Have 8 signed up at the Hotel, but I'm sure if we put it out there the other's will find us.

    Jake,
LOL, buddies of mine in southern NJ turned me on to these. Cheap and easy to go down without the future hangover associated with beer drinking......

Looking if someone would like to pick up some tubes for me from pyroboom on the way out. If I save on shipping, that means i can buy more tubes

might be easier finding someone coming past pyro direct - he had some great deals on tubes and racks last month - don't know if he still does or not.

Figured I'd bump the list since we're getting close. If you're not on this list and plan to attend, please let me know. Also, if you're on it and not planning on attending, let me know as well. We're trying to get a head count for the food.

BTW, anyone needing the address of the shoot, pm me and I'll send it out to you.

On the food note, we are still looking for a few things, contact Dracoe2 if you can help out. Also, please remember to bring your own chairs. I should be able to scrounge up enough tables, but chairs are another thing.

One last thing for tonight. I'd like to remind everyone to review the rules of the event (you can find them on the first post of this thread) including no alcohol by anyone planning to shoot (even if you're only lighting a sparkler). As far as alcohol goes, there is actually a no alcohol rule for the entire event, but if you feel the need to have a couple beers while watching the event, please keep it hidden from the general public. Outside of that, the only other rule is to have a great time!

    Oh yeah...

    11 more days!!

ok, as far as the alcohol thing goes, i think we need some type of clarification...

i think everyone understands no alcohol while shooting, before shooting...etc...

my question is, after all the racks are loaded up, and the cleanup is done, is there going to be some type of after hours hanging around, drink a few brews, talk about how incredibly awesome i am...type of thing? or are we all just piling into pyro nut's hotel room?

I think that depends on coach, if he doesn't mind us hanging out, that one thing, but piling into pyronut's hotel room will be nuts, either way

Here is the clarification.......ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL if you plan on any type of shooting. I believe following the St. Louis shoot guidelines will go into effect here.
Ex: If you have a beer in your hand at 1:00, I don't even want to see you carrying a rack at 6:00pm. This is only fair to Tim and safe for everyone else.
The afterglow.....well that is something else.
