Big Fireworks 2009 BUYING GROUP sign up for Pyro Universe members
All members of this group will receive Exclusive Pyro Universe Pricing for everyone. No minimums, you may purchase one at a time or as a group. Buy whenever you want, this just makes it easier for everyone.
The two biggest differences in this years group are scheduled price discounts and how to order your fireworks. It would be appreciated if your order would be complete at the time of submitting your order. The Web Site will be accurate indicating what is in or out of stock. All orders must be placed online.
We will also get together for a scheduled group buy May 16 2009 at the Distribution Center in Lansing Bigfireworks will have food, refreshments and other fun things going on. We are still putting together the events that will take place at the group buy and will be announced at a later date. If any of you have any ideas you'd like to share for the meet, please PM me. We may schedule more than one Saturday for a group meet but we will start with this one on the 16th.
Also as a group we can arrange splitting of cases to get more variety.
*Reminder Bigfireworks will sell whole cases only any splits we do will be on our own.

To get signed up just follow these easy steps. If you are a current Group Buy Member you still need to follow the instructions below.
Step 1: PM or email Sparky (mark@bigfireworks.com)- your email address, real name, user name for Pyro U & working phone number (in that order please). If you have an established web account user ID and password with bigfireworks.com indicate that in this correspondence to me and your done. *I dont need to know your bigfireworks user name and ID I just need to know that you have an existing account.
If you dont have an established web user name and password with bigfireworks.com then follow Step 2 (below) and also indicate in the PM to Sparky that you are completing step 2because you dont have an established account yet.
Step 2: Set up a new account, go to bigfireworks.com. Click on Log In located in the upper right area of the home page then click on New Wholesale Customers Sign Up Here located in the center top area of the new page. It opens an account and contact info, billing info and shipping info page please complete the following requested information and click on Create Account. In the account and info section it asks for an approximate dollar amount of initial order, it doesn't matter what you put in this area. Within a few days of signing up for the buying group your bigfireworks web account will have the Pyro U Pink List pricing updated accordingly to your account. So as you go from item to item the case price that appears under each item will be accurate including the correct percentage of discount. If you print a price list from your web account it will be the regular pink list prior to the discount.

Ordering and Web Account Information
All ordering for the Pyro U Group will be done online this year, go to bigfireworks.com. This is why it is mandatory to sign up this year even if you have purchased in the past so your account can be updated with the correct Pink List Pricing. Below will be some helpful hints for navigating on the site. This may be a little boring for some and or useful for others.
Once you have an established web account please verify that you are on the correct Price Level, it should be the Pink Price List. You will be able to tell this by looking at the right top of the page. You may also download your pricelist for reviewing and or printing. This Price List will indicate the true Pink List Pricing prior to any discounts. As you go to different categories and items, the item description will reflect the retail individual price and the wholesale case price. This wholesale price is the Pink List Price less the current Price Discount, (10% until 05-16-2009 this will change accordingly to the Discount Pricing Schedule). This will allow you to complete your order with the correct pricing.
When ordering you can make a list of desired items a few different ways, add to Shopping Cart or Wishlist. The Wishlist option will allow you to play with you order until you ready to complete it. These items in your Wishlist will remain in your account until you delete them or move them to your Shopping Cart. When youre ready to place your order you may move these items from the Wishlist into your Shopping Cart or you can make a fresh order If you know exactly what you want.
Step #1 - Go to the category list you want (200Gram repeaters, 500 Gram Repeaters ) then select the individual item, select item quantity and click on it then click the Add to Cart or Add to Wishlist tab. Do this for all the items you want. When youre done click on the Checkout Now tab. This will take you to the Shipping Options page.
Step #2 - Select the desired Shipping or Pickup tab.
Step #3 - Go to the #1 Shopping Cart tab, located in the top section of the page. Put in the notes area when you would like to pick the order. If you are having your items shipped you will skip Step #3 and proceed to Step#4, someone will contact you to complete the shipping arrangements and confirm shipping costs.
Step#4 Go to #4 Payment Info tab, located in the top section of the page. If you are paying buy credit card enter your credit card information or If you intend to pay with cash (or check) when you pick up your items click on I want to request a quote tab. Continue by checking the box that says I agree to terms and conditions below and click Continue Checkout.
Step#5 completes your order by clicking the Place Order Tab. Whether youre having your items shipped or picking them up someone will contact you to confirm the order.

If you live to far away to drive to Lansing MI, you can have the fireworks shipped closer to you. They have very competitive shipping rates. If there are several of you from the same area, you can form a "sub-group" and group your order to have it all shipped to one place (this saves a ton on shipping fees).
Below is the new Exclusive Pyro Universe Buying Group Price List. The pricing will be offered in the following pricing discount time periods:
Purchase or pay for your order before or on the group buy date 5-16-2009 and receive 10% off all prices.
Purchase or pay for your order on or before 6-7-2009 and receive a 5% discount
Any order after 6-7-2009 will be pink list price.
