    A very nice shell! I like blue, so it would be cool if it was a blue to red effect.

    Beautiful shell! I'm not always a fan of pistils in shells, but when done right, i think they are brilliant!

    Nice Victor. That shell is what we call 1.3 or professional grade fireworks. It takes a pyrotechinic license, permit and a bunch of other stuff to shoot that here in the U.S.

    Can a non-licensed Chinese citizen go out and shoot this type of shell in his backyard?

    No, there are the professionals to display them. It's the same in China only the professionals can display 1.3G fireworks. Only the special thing is that the Chinese consumers can display cakes which the powder is over 500G and enjoy them. Wooo,sorry, it seems that I CAN'T say this here.
