Thread: Spectacular Italian Fireworks

    Default Spectacular Italian Fireworks

A few weeks ago me and a friend of mine gone on a trip to Italy
to visit some traditional religious Fireworks-Festivals.
In total we saw 14 Displays.
The italian style of Fireworks is very aggressive, with many heavy Salutes,
a lot of digital sequences and largely handmade products!

Here is a smal selection from my Videos of these great Shows.

OK, I've been drinking a bit tonight, but answer me something:

Were those color-shells in the second video broke with lampares? Or were the lampares just really well-timed concurrent bottom shots? I would think the comp in a lampare would just burn up any color stars.

But speaking of burned up...I'm gonna have some more whiskey.

These are both religious festivals and they take place every year to celebrate their Patrons.

Right at beginning of video 2...from 0:15 through 0:24s there are several volleys of color-crackle shells that look broke by lampares.

Myself and a friend wanted to go to Rotello or San Trifone in Adelfia, and weren't sure which to do. Though we heard Rotello was having permit issues, I didn't know it was cancelled. What a shame. 99% on San Trifone, just waiting for the dates and schedule to be set in stone and I'm finalizing everything. I believe it's the 9-11 near Bari.
