If stacked to maximum efficiency you could theoretically fit 17 tubes in the amount of space that is a 10x10 box.

you have 100"2 inside the box and tubes each take up less than 5.76"2

100/5.76 = 17.3611111111

*Note yes I left out the 12" dimension on the tube and the box as it is irrelevant.
