Wow they sure were close to some of that stuff! That being said, I wish I was there. I really loved some of the stuff that went up there. Does anyone know the name of the effect at 2:40? Is there anything sold like that in the states in either 1.3 or 1.4?

Most of those shells were spectacular.

At 2:40, it's a repetition shell maybe in 6 or 8 inches.
It's a professionnal products only made in Italy (repetition, studata and fermata are their specialities) with a lot of pouwder and quite dangerous.
You must have a very strong motar because the amount of powder for the lift is bigger than in other shells.
For some of this shells, PEHD or fiberglasss motar is not enough.
They are also very expensive (about 90$ or more for a 6 inches with professionnal price directly from the compagny that built the shell) because very difficult to build (most famous are from Parente Fireworks, Vaccalluzzo and Panzera)

Pyroman131 was correct.

To elaborate a bit, those were large shells of shells being fired. You can tell the initial breaks apart from the effect breaks by the orange "black powder" burst, and the large cloud of smoke that accompanies it.
