You have to go through hell to get to heaven!
Domtar - just wondering what codec you used to encode these? I've got the latest DIVX player and still getting nothing.
BTW, thanks a bunch for doing this. I know what is time-consuming process it is to rip and upload these things.

Hmm, I really hope I do not have to re-encode and upload these. I used the default encoder in Winavi coverter. They play fine on my laptop and I belive all I have installed is CCCP http://www.cccp-project.net/
Tried the CCCP codecs and they still wouldn't play video in windows media player or the divx player. I ended up downloading VLC media player and they're viewable in that, so all is good. Thanks!

Are other people having problems with the videos? If so I will re-encode and upload again.
Wouldn't play for me.

Videos played in windows media player just fine here. Also thanks for doing this, i was wanting to see what Legend had for 2012.
I cannot get any of them to play at all... even with windows media player. Any suggestions?
finally its playing.. dunno what i did but its working =/
I actually did try the pack. The first two worked but now I'm back to not being able to view them. I'll keep trying but regardless, thanks for posting them.

Only thing I can think of is that encoder pack I linked above. I have been planning on re-uploading then with a different encoder but things have been a bit crazy with work the last couple of weeks. I will try and start that today.
Check out the Legend gallery the 2012 looks great how it actually performs we'll have to see with Legend I always like to see factory vids to get an idea of the product but I back that up with personal vids to make sure unlike Forward brand with Forward what you see is what you get
I mean the 2012 items videos work for me so I can't answer that
Ok, so I finaly got these re-encoded with hopefully a more compatible encoder. New gallery is http://www.pyrouniverse.com/gallery2...y.php?cat=1245. Sorry for the trouble some of you had.
Thanks for the new 2012 Legend uploads.

Now I can hear, but only get to see some groovy lava lamp looking visual on the screen. Funny how I can watch anything on youtube, vimeo, quicktime, pyro review, websites...etc., but the minute I try to watch something from the PU gallery it takes 5 min. to download and then I can't even watch it![]()

Have you installed an xVid codec of some kind. I had a link to a pretty good one up above. If you are having problems with other videos I am guessing that would solve it for you. All of the videos on the sites you listed are using either a flash player or quicktime with has its own standard. I am guessing you could play WMV files as well.
Yea...I tried that. I guess my point is, what's the point of using the stupid gallery if not everyone is guaranteed to be able to watch? I have no idea what these "codec" are, and for that matter, if they are so important, why aren't they programmed on the computer when you buy it. I can play all the other videos right out of the box?????? Admittedly, Computers aren't my thing. But if it's so much easier to watch a Youtube video and not have to wait for a download or need some special "codec" that the (below) average computer has never heard of, why not just use Youtube? I cringe every time I try to use that Gallery for video....what a pain in the ass!!!!!
