Default ATF Forms, Applications, & Publications

Here you can request and get your Type 54 application packet as well as ordering the orange book and any forms you may need.

FYI you change what type of request you want by clicking on the right side in text.

    Great link Sooner.

Just a quick question: I've heard of Type 53 (i think?) and Type 54 ATF licenses. What is the difference between 53 and 54?

Perfect DennyMo. So basically ATF Type 54 license is for purchasing and transporting 1.3? And then you would need an additional shooters license to shoot them? Just wanted to make sure i understand everything.

If I'm not mistaken the licences and permits have been simplified. Your either a user, dealer, importer of explosives.

Depends what state you're in. In Pa a local permit is all that you'd need.
