Gas prices this year have kept the travel to a minimum. There and back I would like to take a moment to thank the folks at spirit of 76 fireworks for a wonderful weekend and a Saturday nig finale that was pretty damn good I wish I would have remembered my camera to capture it.

Here we are less than a month away from the 4th of July and the anticipation is building. The days are going by and I begin to ask myself when do i complete my poor mans rack. When do I being to put the cakes to tape and board? Do I begin now, only to change my mind in the days to come?
