I picked up a 1/2 case of tubes from Vicroty and was wondering if there is any difference in the 2

The only Diff i can see is the tubes i have, have paper on the outside other than this are they basically the same?

Thanks

I have both and the only thing I see different is the plug.
The clay plugs in the Victory mortars do crumble a little when you use them.
Turn one upside down after using it and you will have some sand/grit roll out the tube. They are good mortars but won't last as many years.
Colins tubes are using a resin based plug which will not crumble over time.

I have used the Victory tubes for a couple of years and have shot over 50 shells out of each. The only problem is the clay plugs after multiple firings start pressing out the bottom of the tube. I just take a wood block and beat them back in after the fourth. I would like to try Colins tubes to see if the resin plug holds firm but the Victory tubes are good and I have had missfires also with no ill effects to the tubes.
