Hello, I am a rookie pyro having gone to Phantom the past 2 years. I spent $500 this year and have a nice assortment of cakes, tubes and mortars. For the finale, what would you recommend using with the following items?
500 gram cakes
Pyro Motherlode
Untamed Retribution
Crown Brocade
High Performance Display
200 gram cakes (2 each)
Emerald City
Rain of Fire
Blue Ringed Willows
Molotov
Midnight Monsoon
Phantasm
Barbarian Blast
Platinum Pyro Fusion
Silver Sonic Warhead
Tubes (2 each)
#200 and #300 Grucci Assortment
Mortars (2 each)
Mighty Mites
Artillery Shells
Tubes
Grucci #200 and #300 tube assortment (2)
Thats most of it, any suggestions for a good finale?

OK, I know this is small time to a lot of you so what, light everything at once? I'll clarify by asking which items to save for last and which items would be best in combination with others based on product experience. For example, is there any benefit lighting a 500 gram cake along with a 200 gram cake? Or generally, are the 500 gram best on their own?

I typically start with a "bang", a couple mortars or smaller single tubes, to get folk's attention, then use the smaller cakes and fountains and build back up from there. I'm not familiar with each of these products, so can't give you specific recommendations. However, "lighting it all at once" is usually not a good idea. If you have a helper, spread your cakes about 40ft or so and light them off 2 at a time. Probably hold most of the tubes and mortar kits for your finale, and save a few of the cakes to mix in with them.

Might be a bit expensive but.. one.. word.. Phandemonium! This will definately turn some heads, trust me. Wickedly Awesome is quite good too.

Ok, just checked the video, can't see Wickedly Awesome that well, because it is so wide-angled of a piece. I am going by the way it sounds, because we had a Mineshell Mayhem shooting with it, by counting the video seconds I THINK it lasted around 40 some seconds or something like that. It shoots off much slower than Phandemonium. I am not 100% sure of this, but its atleast 30-35 sec. My brother might have been shooting something else off, thats why I am a little unsure.
