I really want to make one, but I'm very limited on money. (Saving money for the fireworks.) What would be the best one for cheap?

Have you tried searching? Hmm...don't think so...
Why not a bucket of sand and stick the roman candles in there for an idea?
Other than that, search this forum, the old forum and pyroreview.com and you will get many ideas.

Yeah, sorry for not searching. Search engines really never give me what I want, so that's why I really don't use them.

hey i like that idea.....very cheap way to do huge fan racks....wonder how many you could do before the angles got too far from 90 to be safe? 9? 11? 13?

Heh, year, I'll probably use that method. I wanted to angle for a minute, but, nah, I'm already getting 2 Z-style repeaters this year.:P

I second this idea if you have any lying around. Time Trap makes a very nice fan rack. If you don't, be sure to save a couple from your next show. Just make sure the cake is still stable after it's fired.

Very nice idea. you could hammer a 2x4 into the ground and then attach one of these to either side for a nice fan rack. And, you can increase the angle between each by moving the shim closed to the bottom of the candles.

yeah or you can also decrease the angle by moving the shims to the fuse end. this way you can fit more candles in the fan before the angle gets to wide.
