i would like to get some of your opinions on what would accent rockets that go very high and burst into X's in the sky with a big boom, no tail (the flashlight rockets by USA). also some smiley face rockets these dont quite go as high as the flashlights . the rocket racks would be fired mid point of the show, the rocket racks will be fired slow first then quick visco the last half. i would also like to ask how many of the smiley faces would you recommend putting up in the sky? i have read that you dont want to over do the smileys.

I haven't seen the X rockets, but as for the smileys...I wouldn't add anything with them. Throw up like 3-5 at a time, making sure to get as much spread on them as possible and then change to something else...and then come back with them again. I would say no more than 3 times or so as after the first couple times people would still be intrigued, but after the 3rd or 4 time of smilies in the air, they might get bored.

If the X rockets are just big silver Xs in the air, I think you could put just about anything under it to compliment it. I wouldn't do a extremely colorful shell as that would detract the attention you want on the Xs. Maybe a cake like Waterfall Fantasy or Gold Fever, something along those lines would be cool I think, especially with the contrast of the gold vs silver.
