I am having trouble making a fuse that will not choke in a nozzle.
Black matches dont work, the only thing that seems to work is rolled rcandy but that is too hard to make long thin strips.
Does anyone know of a way to make a fuse that wont choke in an 1/8 inch nozzle?
I know I should just buy fuses but fireworks are extremely restriced in my county, so ups wont deliver it to my house...

We avoid getting into manufacture of anything here on this site. Having trouble with something so simple, makes it appear that you are already way over your head here from a safety standpoint. We don't know who you are or what you are attempting to fuse. Your tag line speak's for itself.

I suggest you reread the forum rules, especially...
No 'how-to' firework making posts. I do not allow posts that give instructions on how to make fireworks (legal or illegal), bombs, etc. Especially M-80s or other flash-powder devices. How-to tips about fusing fireworks together or putting on a display, however, are fine.
No discussions of illegal activity...
I do not condone the breaking of laws when it comes to fireworks, but I can't stop you from doing it. However, I do not want you talking about it on these boards. Remember that this is a public forum; authorities can use any information here without a warrant. It is not difficult for CPSC agents or state authorities to find out who you are and where you live, and then come to your house to confiscate your stash (as well as documents, computers, and anything else they feel is "fireworks-related"). If the media decides to cover it, the resulting public outcry will add even further incentive for lawmakers to outlaw fireworks. Your actions affect a lot more people than just you.
You should be able to by safety fuse from most fireworks stores, unless that is illegal in your state as well.
