Here is the video of my (3) 64 shot RC racks in action on 7/3
This has to be one of my favorite fireworks effect I have made.
Next year will be (12) 64 shot racks.
I will have to try out some other candles to put in the mix as well.
Note: The camera is at a 45 degree angle to the racks so the spread was wider. I just did not want video of peoples heads.

Dude.....spread those out! I like a steeper angle also, 30* works well for that type effect and then about 50' between each rack.

I think 50' would thin it out too much. I like them where they are. Next year will have 12 with the same 10' spacing. That is 768 candles adding up to 7,680 individual shots!
I think someone else got a straight on video of the show also if he can figure out how to e-mail it to me I can show the true spacing and spread. Don't judge it by the off angle view. No matter what, the video does not do this thing justice. Maybe it was my vantage point right in front of it, but I have never yelled "waaaahooooo" so loud for any fireworks anyone has ever done.

looks like you put alot of time and thought into that setup right there, roman candles are good for something, well done

Very good work Groundrush, I liked it, especially since you used all the same candle. I do think think spreading each station would enhance it some though, maybe 25 feet between each station instead of 10. I don't think it will thin it out too much.

Very nice. An interesting candle rack design, BTW. This design is the easiest to make:
Not much to look at, but cheap, effective and very easy to build.

I love to overthink and over build things. My racks are trophies. They are painted up nice and pretty then burn scars all over them. People come to my house and see them in the garage and say "Those are what lit the sky on the 4th?" I smile and say "Yep"

Very nice! I have to say though, that I agree with the others that you need some more space. I think 50' was too much, but 20-25 sounds good. I don't think it would hurt to experiment a little with distances and angles.
