The ID of the black mamba tubes is 1 7/8's of an inch...I need to order about 400 mortar tubes and ship them out to Penn for my arrival on the 3rd. I will be shooting off mambas and silver salutes and I wasn't sure which is better? I've been searching all over for mamba/SS tube threads but I haven't found any.

Well, I've shot Mamba's out of both and the sdr9, I thought, was harder hitting out of the tube and a bit more altitude. The sdr11 was just a tad loose.

i had a very hard time getting the mambas into the dr-9's. a few of them i had to use a push stick 8o to get them to sit at the bottom.
i'd definatley use dr-11's for any kind of high powered can shell. rather a bit loose than a lot tight.
^only in pyro can you say something like that.
