Angle mortar racks

I'm planning on building a 40 shot rack, using the fiberglass tubes, are the effects that much better with an angle rack, if so how do you put the angle on yours.

If I use quickvisco to fuse the shells together I like to use an angle rack because there is not as much effect overlap compared to shells that are shot straight up in the same area.
