Have you tried PyroU's store?
Not saying they are the cheapest, but I know they are decent quality. I haven't had any groundblooms so I can't say how well they withstand such, but Colin put them through "rigorous" testing already.
There are a decent number of other places that will sell fiberglass, but I think more so for Class B size shells...

yes they are, all you have to do is put them in a rack or bucket of sand. then your good to go.
