try this 1 by winda its a 25 shot cake called channell chaser, if you want some loud whistling tails up to decent color breaks, this 1 will fit the bill, you can find these by the case packed 12/1 for under 40 bucks, i also like another winda item called mars tank, 7 shots of tripple 3 stage screaming/whistling/moaning comet tails...my neighbor ran out of the house and thaught 2 animals were fighting.....trust me you will get a good laugh out of this 1.

two good whistler from Phantom are barbarian blast and alien abduction. BB is a loud powerful cake with pretty loud whistles, while alien has weird sounding whistles.

Shotgun Wedding frm Brothers, Extreme Machine from WC, and Oktoberfest/Parrots Prattle/Cobolt Bomb are good 500g whistlers. Howling Tiger and its clones are also good, as is Larry or Election Winner and Warring Galaxies in the 200g class. If you want just whistle without breaks, then America Invincible is a good choice. You could always go with large Saturn missile batteries as well. There are also many cakes that have whistle mixed in such as Bling Bling and Mechanical Bug.

Out of Sight - by Black Cat is great whistling cake - three whistles on the way up and probably the highest shots for a 200g cake I have ever seen -its like a crackling comet with 3 stages - each going higher and higher (thus the name)...If your gonna light more than one you should do them together - cuz after awhile they get annoying - but when done all at once or just one its pretty darn good...

Just a thought. Why not just fuse some Whistle Petes or other whistling fountains just before the cakes? Then the whistles will start just before and continue through out the cakes performance?

Joe, I thought about using Picco Pettes but they really arent much of a visual effect and I am looking more of something that whistles and has breaks or some other kind of visual effect. I may endup using Picco Pettes though.

Get some Twitter Glitters, either medium, large or extra large. The ones I have seen start with a whistle and about a 6' fountain. They then shoot up red and green pearls. Some brands of the larger sizes have reports that have small flashes as well as the red and green pearls.

Another good whistling and crackling fountain is Black Cat's Ratta tat tat. Is has excellent height and width.

That Brouhaha cake would be much better if the pace were doubled. Its way too slow for a finale unless you lit 3 to 4 together at a minimum. Those zipping noise shots are single Hummers ....

You could try

Missile Command by TNT its a 14shot

I think that it lunches 5 whislte shots at a time, they spiral as they go up.

You could fuse in a Saturn Missle Battery before the regular cake. That would give you some whisting as well as something flying up.

Chris,

Try Rip Rap buy Shogun... 500gram... Z- effect, with whistle, moans, and graons... I liked it really well and the crowd enjoyed it in the finale...I beleve it was close to 200 shots as well...

Rip Rap by Shogun,
Item# LBM32. Is a 120 shot Z cake. It has hummers and all kinds of cool stuff going on at the same time. I have shot this one myself, and it is a very good all around cake. I get mine for around 20$'s apiece. I buy em by the case. They come 2 to a case.

Just make sure it's a 25-SMB, and not something like the Orion Screaming 200-missile batteries, which go on and on and on ....

If you can get to Patriotic or WF-boom they have a piece called Jungle Cat wich is the same as Phantom's Pyro Pandemonium.

The original Jungle Cats were so loud they hurt your ears. Todays' version is a bit quieter but not by much.

I've always been a fan of the "Whistlin' Dixie" fountains. A bit on the short side (maybe 10-15 seconds long), but obnoxiously loud and very cheap. I tend to fuse a couple of them together at a time to really get your ears ringing. :D
