Dude... Not for Nothing but do we think we should be posting such freaking morons on this site... I for one and just disgusted by these actions and would only hope that these people get Darwin awards very, very, very soon...

just for your info i sent a request for this stuff to be removed from this section and even this website. This is a place where we discuss and learn about fireworks. Meet new friends that have the same ideas of fireowrks. This is not a place where we should be watching videos that degrade our products.

Also note for climber your the one that brung the snm to our attention. Now when you post things like this i have a different view point of you. No im not saying what your are doing is wrong but its bringing down your worth of trust.

example if i was a car salesman do i put videos in the showroom of police chases that end up with crashed in the showroom. NO.

thanks

No to jump on you climber. But this is not promoting fireworks in any way that is going to help the cause. I would think quite the opposite.

We all have seen these videos, and links to this place have already been posted in them past. I was hoping they would just die off, but they seem to have got new life.

I vote kill the thread.

Yep saw some of the Rambo movies the other day. Not a very good thing for gun control either. You know watching a guy shoot and murder people. The NRA must have people say the same thing as you. Or I guess I can not watch it if I am not interested or do not like it. What you allow your mind to do with this is all up to you. My mind at the time and still gets a kick out of watching it. Hey, and some of my friends do too. If some mother is coming on this board looking for ammunition to attack the industry then I think you are right. I grew up with fireworks in my hand from 5 year old on up and my view of them is no different then anything else I grew up around it is just second nature. All the rules and safety issues for me were ingrained at such a young age that to tell you the truth it's like learning how to swim. So when I see video's like this from my part of the country being a person who has always been able to shoot fireworks I can tell you that none of this to me is any big deal as it relates to safety. It's just like driving on the right side of the road. I'm not joining your club and I don't need you in mine. I will provide a lot of inside info and some day maybe some outstanding product and contacts to those who want to know but I won't provide it to people who can't untuck their shirt every now and then. If you know my friend Dan from your state he will be glad to let you know about me. See ya around

PS I should care about your or any one elses trust. I have a few guys on this board I needed to tell the SnM info to and they now know so if you want the info fine have at it if you don't then don't look.

While I do not agree in any way with the videos, this kind of stuff shouldn't be removed from here.
There was a huge discussion on the old forum (many of your guys werent registered at the time), concerning pyrobuba posting negative info on fireworks( Seizures, news reports, etc..). This is cerainly not an old issue by any means, and alot of people have mixed reactions on whether this stuff should be posted.
If the anti's want more fuel for the fire then they sure know where to get it, and here is not the place( there is a great emphasis of safety and legality on the board). The sad fact is that people are doing stuff like this, and other pyro's deserve to know why fireworks are banned in there state. If you don't like seeing the sad truth, don't open the thread.

I can see your point, and I have to admit I still laugh at this stuff. I guess I have been training myself to walk on eggs shells when it comes to anything that could be looked at by passers by as promoting unsafe actions as they are portrayed in these videos. I guess I just need to take the good with the bad and find a happy medium. I saw this ray of hope when I see things like the Indiana fireworks law lightening up, then after this gets passed. I see the posts of kids doing everything were all against. I just want to try to do what I can to promote fireworks safety and take away as much ammo as I can for the folks that are going out of their way to ban fireworks like they are trying to do all over.

No offense intended Boe, but I have putting these under the safety section, as examples of unsafe methods.

Personally, I see nothing wrong with posting links to videos like these, or, as was the case last year, links to anti-fireworks news articles.

Any guest on this forum - be it anti-fireworks people, the CPSC, etc, can immediately see that strong emphasis on safety and legality that we have here. The members hear clearly aren't endorsing the use of artillery shells like grenades, strapping firecrackers to your chest, or holding mortar tubes to your crotch. As somebody pointed out already, I think it's in fact a bit educational - it shows us exactly why fireworks get banned from cities and states in the first place.

Joe,

No offense taken - almost moved it there myself, but the theme of the other posts seemed more political in nature. No biggie....

Colin,

Yes - I totally agree.....it demonstrates the deep commitment that most Pyro U Forum Members have to SAFETY! We should be our own first and hardest/worst critic....keep it safe, keeps the bans prevented.....
